Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with original tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-refundable

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as durable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), special orders or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and when the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day withdrawal period from the European Union contract

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with original tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We'll let you know when we've received the money and checked your return - we'll let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post your refund.
